Processing

Each strand is lovingly handcrafted to a high quality finish. Please allow 7 -14 business days for your order to be processed. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. Orders may be processed faster than the time frame stated above, however, sales and holidays may delay the processing time. 

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Domestic Orders

• USPS First Class: 3 to 5 business days
• USPS Priority Express: 1 to 3 business (insured up to $100)

U.S. orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. 

International Orders 

• USPS First Class International: 7-21 business days

International orders are not eligible for free shipping at this time. International customers are responsible for all fees and taxes imposed by customs.

Please be advised that The Waistland is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages due to misinformation at the time of ordering or at the fault of the shipping service. Once your package is shipped, the USPS is responsible and the tracking number that was provided should be used to gain more information about your package. 

If your package is returned to The Waistland due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for  paying a fee to have it reshipped.
